Mononucleosis Symptoms

Medications aimed for relieving the symptoms include medication for the fever like Tylenol. Antibiotics are not recommended because patients may develop side effects like rashes. Sufficient rest and sleep is best observed. By the third week of the infection, the swollen glands on the throat will be returning back to normal.
